Mountain Top Arboretum

We were lucky enough to be invited to work on this unique timber frame by our friend Brad Morse, of Uncarved Block in Beckett, MA.
This frame consists of 23 species of wood - each specimen selected by Brad and harvested from the forest at the Arboretum. The organic, almost avant-garde frame is designed by esteemed architect, Jack Sobon, and utilizes traditional mortise and tenon joinery.
